Tier 2: Concierge Tenant Representation
Tier 2 is designed for renters who are ready to actively engage our team and take advantage of our full-service tenant representation and concierge experience.

To tour homes in person and move forward with our concierge service, we require:

Completion of a rental application

Credit & background screening

A move-in timeframe of 21–30 days or sooner

Once complete, we:

Build a comprehensive renter profile

Review qualification standards upfront

Create a personalized, daily rental search

Curate and send homes aligned with both your lifestyle and approval criteria

In short, we do the house hunting for you—thoughtfully and strategically—so you’re not chasing homes that aren’t a fit or paying unnecessary application fees.
