GENERALLY if your move date is 30+ days out, the landlord will not want to wait 30+ days for you to move in, and will rent it to someone else.. Start your search at least 5 weeks prior to your moving, and be ready to move in within a week or so of an accepted contract. We will be happy to help you find the home that will be available for your move in date..
